Refund and Cancellation Policy

Facilitation Fees: Any convenience or platform fees charged directly by OjaFertility for digital assessments or guidance are non-refundable once the service has been initiated or the report generated.

Third-Party Services: For payments made to partner clinics, labs, or coaches, the respective provider's refund and cancellation policy shall apply. OjaFertility will assist in facilitating the refund process but is not directly liable for the return of funds held by third-party institutions.

Cancellation: Users may cancel a booked consultation up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund (minus gateway charges), unless specified otherwise by the specific healthcare provider.

All refunds are subject to applicable payment gateway charges and processing timelines.
